C9 Transact Reporting Tool is currently supported on the following operating systems and browsers:

• Windows-based PCs (running Windows Vista and above): Chrome v3.30 and above, Internet Explorer 10 and above (including Microsoft Edge), Firefox v35 and above
• Apple Mac-based computers (running OS X 10.5 and above): Chrome v3.30 and above, Firefox v35 and above
• Apple iOS devices (iPad resolution recommended only): Mobile Safari (running on iOS v8.4.1 and above)
• Android OS devices (tablet resolution recommended only): Chrome v3.30 and above.

Minimum Internet Connection Speed

C9 Transact Reporting Tool requires a minimum mobile Internet connection speed of 3G (150 kbit/s) to ensure reasonable page load times. For fixed connections, ADSL or faster connections are recommended.
